omfg. Does nobody understand the guy is busy? There are more important things than making themes for people...like, I don't know, maybe his college work?

I don't care, he promiced me my theme and i deserve it.

This is what makes forums like Self Concept, and Outline, and ZBTZ grow quiet.

Forums aren't what they used to be, and any respectable user of the old days will understand that.

Now while I agree that Tue should perform the service he promised, there's no use pressing him like you are; all he has to do is say, "No."

Then what are you gonna do?
