I'm guessing, you joined just because you want to advertise your site? :tsk: Why do we need one? Self Concept is good without one, and, Self Concept ain't one of 'those' sites. Self Concept is a 'Skin and Graphics provider' site I believe. Edited by pokegirl_g, Dec 12 2008, 04:05 PM.

No I didnt "joined just because I wanted to advertise my forum" I guess the reason was to check out skins/themes. I just want to advertise my forum in here. |

As many stated, we do not need an advertisement forum because it has no affect on Self Concept. Perhaps down the line when we are more active and the demands are up, but not right now. The best form of advertisement is through the signature but you have to be active for members to notice. |

I'd consider an advertising section, but Self Concept isn't one of those forum advertising boards. And I agree with Tue, one of the better (than just putting it on a topic) ways to get traffic is putting affiliates/sigs in signatures. Also, I don't think Self Concept will have any services for forums. |

To make it short SC tried the resource category before and SC does better the way it is. Advertising can be done via signature space as stated above but there is no need for a whole new forum. |
